Placing an order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro and Solo, Cheque and Paypal via the secure Paypal shopping cart. We cal also accept cheques. If you wish to pay via Cheque, please contact us at admin@happyhopper.co.uk to place your order.
When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email as soon as possible.
Delivery information.
happyhopper is based in the UK and delivers to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands within our standard rates. If you live outside the UK, please contact us at with details prior to purchasing and we will inform you of delivery rates. Please bear in mind that if you live outside the EU, your order may be subject to tax or import duty imposed by your country's customs office. Any such charges are your responsibility and happyhopper will not be held liable for these.
We aim to dispatch items within 1 working day. All items will be sent via first class Royal Mail or by courier service, depending on the size and weight of the order. A signature may be required. If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed due to customer refusal, adbsence, or because we have been supplied with incorrect delivery information, we will attempt contact via telephone and/or email if provided. In order to resend your items, a charge for postage and packing will be made.
In the unlikely event of non-delivery, please allow up to 7 days before contacting us, as we do need to allow for occasional postal delays. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us.
Delivery charges.
For orders less than £10.00 postage is £2.99
For orders between £10.01 and £25.00 postage is £3.99
For orders between £25.01 and £45.00 postage is £4.99
For orders over £45.01 postage is £5.99
Exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product for a something else, please inform us within 7 days. You must return the item to us within 14 days, at your own cost, in its original packaging and in an unused, re-saleable condition. A charge for redelivery will also be made.
Refunds.
We hope you will be delighted with order, but in the unlikely event that you're unhappy with any product we offer a full money-back guarantee. If you wish to return something for a refund, please inform us within 7 days of receipt your order by emailing us at admin@happyhopper.co.uk, indicating why you wish to return the goods. We will then contact you with the address to return the item to. You must return the item to us within 14 days at your own cost, in its original packaging and in an unused, re-saleable condition. You should also gain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as we can not be held liable for losses or damage in the postal system. Once we've received back and checked your order, the cost of the goods will be refunded to your account.
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
